We have been using the data logger for some time and it has worked great, however today we were unable to upload reports. It gives us a com 2 error on the datalogger and an zmodem error on the MJR program. Do you have any suggestions we really need to get these reports ASAP. We have the data logger plugged into the com 1 port on the pC and have tried new cables and everything. It makes not sense since it was working previously with the same set up. Please help.

For the benefit of the rest of us, can you tell us what the solution was in case we ever run into a similar situation?

It's been a while and don't remember what the problem was.
9 out of 10 cases were due to cable problem, either using the wrong cable or plugging into the wrong port. Others may be due to software setting, or another program is using the same serial port.

Hope that helps.
