I'm in the geothermal market and an engineer posed a problem he was having with the unicoil HDPE pipe for 1-1/4" and above.
I suggested that your 2" Linetamer may be a good resolution. They need something to get the memory out of the pipe in colder conditions. Do you think this would work?
What is the production time and instructions on how to use this unit I need to send it to him.

The first question would be whether the environment is too cold for straightening; the pipe manufacturer may not recommend straightening pipe below a specific temperature, so please check with them before you proceed.

Our web site has information about our 2" and larger LineTamer here. McElroy has a large distribution network throughout the world that would be able to provide you pricing and delivery times on our standard machines, please find our distributor locator here.

I believe it may be possible to outfit the 2" machine with smaller rollers, so if you can provide more details of the application, I would be happy to get more information.

Please feel free to email me directly if you prefer, just click on the "email" or "PM" icon at the bottom of this message.

Thank you for your post!
John

For product manuals, please look at the links on the left side of the web page for each machine under "Literature".
