*C Diagnostic screen

The symbols on the display screen are shown below. The numbers above the symbols are the key to the explanation of the symbols.

1. Screen number used for language translations.
2. todays date
3. time
4. This entire line is the software version & copyright date
7. commanded voltage output to the pressure control valve drive circuit in millivolts
8. the 0 is the carriage position (Automc machine only), The dash, left arrow, or right arrow is the position of the carriage control lever, off, left, or right.
9. the position of the facer control switch.
10. the output of the pressure transducer in millivolts, 0psi=1000mv, 3000psi=6000mv.
11. the range of the controllable pressure
12. Indicates a FIXED range of pressure control in software
13. the uncorrected temperature of the heater RTD sensor
14. the heater offset correction value
15. the state of the heater relay, Off or ON
16. The state of the heater control, DIS (disabled) when the engine speed switch is in low, ENA (enabled) when the engine speed switch is in high
17. the heater position IN or OUT (Automc only)
18. Pressing 1 will reset the RS-485 error counts to 0
19. Communication error count between the temperature conversion module and the pendant computer
20. communication error count between the pendant computer and the control box computer.
21. Unfiltered carriage pressure
22. User Entered carriage effective piston area
23. the present heater set point temperature
24. Pressing the C key exits the diagnostic screen
25. X displayed means the facer pressure control knob is not pressed down and no X displayed means the pressure control knob is pressed down
26. The present real-time carriage pressure reading
27. Pressing *9 changes the direction of the carriage movement when the carriage direction selector is moved left or right.
28. The present real-time heater temperature reading
