hello,i am troubleshooting a heater plate for a 28 120vac and am getting resistance of element
at 11.4 ohms instead of recommended value of 8.23 ohms. what is to be done from there on.
the rtd value is ok and the potentiometer is testing ok also.thanks.christian houle.

That one is probably borderline. Is the temperature spread an issue? If so, it may not be a bad idea to swap it out. If not, I would leave it alone.
