Im researching the purchas of a 14. My application will often be in rough terrain. Besides the bushings, what other accessories and or components do I need; what accessories and or components do you reccommend?
Thanks

The No. 14 package includes the heater, machine, and facer. You will need the inserts to fuse whatever sizes of pipe that you have in mind. A surface pyrometer is a handy tool to verify that your heater surface temperature is between 400-450 degrees F. You will need a power supply for the heater and facer. You can get a rather small generator if you want and only run one component (either the heater or the facer) at a time. That is how I generally do it. It makes it easier to move around from location to location if the generator is small. Other than that, you should be off and running for butt fusion of 1" IPS-4" DIPS pipe sizes.
